RTLB Cluster 25 is a team of 23 Resource Teachers: Learning and Behaviour working in partnership with 83 schools across a wide and diverse rohe.

We support schools in:

• Whanganui

• Ruapehu

• Taihape

• Rangitikei

• Feilding

We have offices based in Whanganui, Feilding and Taihape.

Our schools range from rural and remote settings to large urban centres, English-medium and Māori-medium contexts, primary through to secondary. This diversity shapes our practice and strengthens our ability to respond flexibly to the needs of ākonga, kaiako, and whānau.

As a cluster, we are committed to working in partnership with schools to strengthen teacher capability, improve inclusive practice, and support positive outcomes for learners experiencing challenges with learning, behaviour, engagement, and inclusion.

Our work is grounded in partnership, guided by He Pikorua, and focused on building sustainable practice within classrooms across our region.
